To launch the Company Statistics Module click on the {bmc 3.bmp}  icon to the left of the Command Centre.

Select from the following Stats Types ...When the Company Statistics window is first displayed, you will see the following window. Note that you have to click on the Refresh button to start the analysis before results can be displayed graphically.

•Site Hire Sales

•% Gross Occupancy

•% Occupancy by Type

•Marketing Stats

•International Stats

Screen Resolution

To view the Graphs properly on your monitor, set your monitor to a minimum resolution of 1024 X 768.

The Company Statistics Module in UniRes extracts data from the bookings and Transaction files according to the chosen preset options. It is a prerequisite to have MS Office or part of the MS office suite installed on your computer before Graphing can be displayed.

Comparisons

Of course, the statistics require data to analyse. As time goes by, you can use the compare tick box to compare periods like months - years. After many years you will have a lot of data and the compare will give results and meaningful graphs. It will also take a little longer to compile the stats as the scanning process scans your files. Be carefull not to purge data that you want to use for stats comparisons. See Periodic Maintenance - Purge History Data.

Printing Statistics

1.Select the Stats Type from the Stats TAB window areas

2.Set the Time Scale, Compare Tick Box and date selector drop-down lists as required

3.Select the Type of Stats from the drop down options list

4.Select the Graph Type button

5.Click on Refresh and wait for the stats to be compiled and presented

6.Click on the Preview button to confirm that the graph and stats are what you expected

7.Click on the Print button.

Graph Peaks

As the graphs auto-scale, large resulting totals can dwarf smaller totals. Further manipulation of the graphed results can be done when the graphs are exported to Excel. It is beyond the scope of this help file to show you how to... in Excel. Use the Excel Help for advanced needs.

Export to XLS (Excel)

Results can be printed or Exported to MS Excel (If installed on your PC)

Note that when data is exported to Excel, switch back to UniRes and close when finished as the graphing program will close the excel sheet. If you close the Excel sheet, be sure to save the Excel sheet first. Closing the excel sheet before closing the Stats program will result in an error message from Excel. Just disreguad the error and continue.

Graph Type Selection

The five buttons to the right of the Print Button allow you to change the graph type to 2D Line Graph (the default), 3D Column Graph, 3D bar Graph, 3D Area Graph and 3D Ribbon Line Graph.
