Command Centre - Supervisory - Bookings Report

or Menu Bar - Reports - Bookings Report

Produce booking lists to see who is booked into your park. Booking List Options can be set to include selected bookings between dates and many more filter elements.

Set the options from the Booking Report Options window before printing.

Send Report To

See Report Output ...

 

File to Use

Select Current to use you Current Booking File for the report, or select History to use the archived bookings file.

Checked-in only

Tick this box if you want to only include site bookings who are in your park.

Report Order

Select the sorting order for the report from the drop-down list.

Sorting Options are ..

•Alphabetical

•Site Type

•Booking From Date

•Departure (to Date)

•Paid-To date

•Market Code

•Post Code

•Key Numbers

•Vehicle Numbers

From Date

Enter the first part of the date range, the From Date and then the To Date. Note that only bookings with a Booked From date falling between the supplied From and To dates will be displayed.

To Date

Enter the second part of the date range, the From Date and then the To Date. Note that only bookings with a Booked From date falling between the supplied From and To dates will be displayed.

Site Type

Select a specific Site Type Code to include in the report. All other Site Types will be excluded. Leave this field blank for all site types. Use the X button to clear the field if necessary.

Number

Optionally enter a Site number. You must have a site type set to enter a site number. Leave blank to not limit the report to a site number.

Extended Name Search

Optionally enter in part or all of a surname here to make the report include only bookings with a surname containing the letters to typed in this option field.

Eg. Enter SON … displays JACKSON … PETERSON and any other surname containing the word SON.

Use Generic Text Printer Form

As with a lot of UniRes reports, there are two statement report forms supplied. One is used to print nicely to bubblejet and other graphic printers and the other is a form setup to print on a "generic" dot matrix printer. If you have a DOT Matrix printer, tick this box, otherwise leave unticked.As with a lot of UniRes reports, there are two statement report forms supplied.
