Day Ledger
Book From-Time To-Time in the same day. The period is reserved to the minute and can not overlap.
May be used for Boat Hire, Recreation Activities, Tennis Coury Hire or any activity.
This is a basic facility, available as a secondary function of the booking engine.
Day Bookings are show in Grey in the normal booking ledger and when clicked, the Day Booking Ledger is brought forward.

Usage
Book from a grid square by Double left click, or open a booking Quick Window or Booking by clicking on a booked square.
The "Stock" item you are booking is in the vertical column while the hours for the day are horizontal. The dark areas depict the night time (approx.)
Works like the normal booking ledger window, but with reduced functionality.
The Blue vertical Time Line shows the current time approximation.
Quick Details
Click on the Billing button to see the full account details and charge for the hire.
Set the Site Type filter to the Type Code used for the hire item.
Click on a time block to make a booking and enter the From and To time, but make sure the From Date and To Date are the same date.
