Permanent Card Assignment

A Card Number can be permanently assigned to a site using the Site Numbering Record.

Select File Maintenance - Site Numbering

Look are the area closely ...

Click on Edit Button to edit the record...

Type: Enter the reader type from the list.

Imprint: Select the Imprinted number of the card from a list of registered cards. If a card number in the list has R next to it, then it has already been allocated to a site.

Access Level: Select the default access level for entry. Usually 1.

Don't forget to save you changes.

The card will be given a Reserved status in the card register so that it can not be selected for other bookings.

Note that if cards are issued to persons who are not booked into UniRes, the card details must be added to the Evolution program manually and not in UniRes.
