Prerequisites

UniRes SMS is a software tool that forms part of the UniRes - Reservations System and acts as an interface between the gateway supplier (sms connection to the cell phone network).

Why use UniRes SMS? Convenience and time saving. Once you have an account (usually Prepaid credit) with a gateway provider, it's much easier to send a quick sms to your current of prospective client. Emails are slow and easily missed by your client, but SMS text messages are nearly always read.

The gateway supplier we recommend is ClickSend. www.clicksend.com/au .

We have worked closely with this company and have tested other suppliers for a comparison and found ClickSend to be really great!

It's really easy to get started with an account with them and of course  we (at UniRes support ) will assist with setting up our SmS tool for you. It's quick. You will need an upgrade to UniRes Ver 11.3.160, which has the built-in UniRes SMS Gatewat Link Server and the Phone tool message window ...
