Reinstate Archived Bookings

This process is the reverse of a Regular Cleanup. Booking in your history files are moved back to the current file. The method for restoring bookings is also the same as a regular cleanup.

To start the program, select File Maintenance – Periodic Maintenance – Reinstate Archived Bookings from the menu bar at the top of your Command Centre window.

This process can take much longer than a Regular Cleanup, as the history (archive file) can get quite large. We suggest you run the process after hours.

Tip Use the Browse Bookings program to reinstate bookings (Recall from Archive), it’s much faster for a single booking.

Move the bookings you want to restore from the upper window to the lower window and then click on the Proceed Button.
