About The Security Database

If tenant's details are added to the security database, the Surname, Phone and Vehicle Registration details (if entered) are recorded and searched every time a booking is made.

You will be notified if there are at least two matches to prevent false alarms.

•The File Maintenance  - Security Database will allow manual adding - editing and deleting of security records.

•The Charges program can add the booking details by clicking on the Security Button on the charges window.

Use the security feature sparingly and don't rely on it to "catch" delinquent persons as quite often, aliases are used and you may become complacent It has been supplied as an aid to normal security measures only.
