Graphing and Statistics gathering may take some time depending on the chosen time scale, so this program is best run after hours so as not to tie up the computer.

Site Night Sales Graphs and Statistics are derived from your Current and History booking files combined.

Sales figures include checked-in, checked-in and out and future bookings. Bookings that have not checked-in but have a checked-out and cancelled bookings, are not included in the sales analysis.

When you launch the Stats program, your data files are immediately scanned to gather the data for presentation, so you might get a few seconds delay before the information is presented.

The first graph is always the Site Night Sales for the current month with the site night sales totals shown along the vertical axis and the days for the month shown along the horizontal axis.

Sales Chart

The sales chart is only displayed when the graph is Previewed or Printed. The sales chart shows the figures that are graphed.

Options and Graph Control

Time Scale

Select Days for Month (Default Setting) or Months for Year time scale. If you select Days for Month, the statistics are gathered for each day of the selected month. See Select Period below.

If you select Months for Year, each month for the selected period (year) is summarised and the whole calendar year is displayed along the horizontal axis, from January to December.
