Gross Occupancy Percentage

Parent Previous Next

The percentage of Gross Occupancy is calculated based on the total capacity of your park for the selected period.

Gross Occupancy Percentage - Months for Year

Example:

For a given day, if you have 100 sites, you can sell 100 site nights.

For a Given Month, if you have 100 sites, you can sell 31 X 100 = 3100 site nights. Actual percentage is site nights sold divided by Total site night capacity times 100.

Note that the % Occupancy by Type graphs discussed later, has further options to analyse % occupancy based on the Type of hire, which will probably be used more often.
