Note: The Months for Year scan can take much longer time, depending on the size of your booking and booking history file. Best run after hours.

Options - Compare

If you want to compare site night sales for two months or two years against each other, place a tick in this box and continue on to Select Period.

Select Period

If the selected Time Scale is Days for Month, select the Month and Year from the list. (Click on the list field to select). If the Compare Option is ticked, select the earlier month/year first.

If the selected Time Scale is Months for Year, select the Year from the list. If the Compare Option is ticked, select the earlier year first.

Refresh Button

If a selection option is changed, you have to click on the Refresh Button to rescan the files before the new graph is presented.

Customize

The customize button is only used if you want to change the form used to print or preview the graphical report. This is an advanced function and should only be used trained system admin persons.

Preview

To see what the printed report will look like, or to see the Sales Chart with the values plotted by the graph, click on this Preview button.

Print

To print the Graphical report with the Sales Chart values plotted by the graph, click on this Preview button.
