Command Centre - Supervisory - Morning Departures Report

or Menu Bar - Reports - Morning Departures Report

This report will produce a list of whoe is expected to depart tomorrow. Intended to be run the night before the next day. The report is usually printed so that a handy "counter copy" can be referenced in busy check-out periods.

Report Order

Select either ..

Alphabetical, Site Type, Booking From Date, Departure, Paid-To, Market Code, Post Code, Key Numbers or Vehicle Numbers

From Date/To date

The bookings "To Date" is tested. If it falls between the dates you enter here, the booking is included in the report.

Site Type/Number

To produce a report which include only specific site types or a specific site type/number, enter a valid site type code.

Use Generic Text Printer Form (Tick Box)

Event Code

If you use the Events System in UniRes, enter an Event Code to limit the report to bookings with a matching Event Code. Click here to read about Events
