Booking Ledger Improvements
A new field called Gender has been added to the booking screen.
The options are N/A (Not Applicable), Male or Female. The default is N/A.
More parks and accommodation providers are renting by the bed in a shared dorm room for workers, backpackers etc. Each site setup in the File - Maintenance - Site Numbering table file can be "flagged" for use by a specific sex (Male only, Female only or N/A of any). If a site (bed) is flagged, then when you make a booking, you will be made aware when a bed is being chosen for the wrong gender of the client.
