Most reports in the UniRes reporting system can be compiled and sent via email as an attachment to someone.

In most report Options screen, a report can be sent  as a HTML page or a WORD document emailed as an attachment.

HTML page reports

Reports converted to a HTML page can be opened and viewed in a WEB browser like Internet Explorer and then printed. HTML reports can take a long time to compile, depending on the number of pages in the report.

We suggest that you preview the report to the screen first before sending it as an email attachment.

WORD DOC reports

Reports sent as an attachment in WORD DOC format are compiled using WORD Fields and not as just WORD text. Not all WORD compatible wordprocessors support FIELDS. It is advisable to make a short "test" report and send it to your intended reciepient to test with their wordprocessor before esatblishing a routine email-mailout to them.
