Archive Long Term Residents Transactions

To start the program, select File Maintenance – Periodic Maintenance – Archive Long Term Residents Transactions from the menu bar at the top of your Command Centre window.

This program works much the same way as a Regular Cleanup , except the program will scan for bookings with transactions older than 12 months and who are still checked into the park (current).

The booking is NOT moved to history, only the Transactions older than 12 months are moved to the transaction history file.

Predominantly Long Term Parks

Running this program monthly or more, will help reduce the size of the Current files and improve computer speed for slower computers. Also the transactions displayed in a tenants’ statement are also reduced.

An audit entry is written to the Customers transaction file to note that old transactions have been archived.
