UniRes Sample Receipt Forms




There are two sample receipt forms ready for you to get started.


1.  TM210D_RECEIPTS_GENERIC

2.  TM210D_RECEIPTS_GENERIC_SHORT

The "short" one just prints less detail. Use the TM210D_RECEIPTS_GENERIC one.


The two sample receipt forms will now be in your C:\CPBS\Reports\ folder with the rest of the report forms that UniRes uses to print reports, receipts etc.



SETTING THE CUSTOM RECEIPT FORM IN UNIRES


Your new receipt form name must be entered into UniRes before UniRes will use the new form.


To do this, follow these steps ....



1. Start UniRes.

2. With the Command Centre on the screen, select from the TOP Menu Bar ...


FILE MAINTENANCE - then select System Access then Print Form Locations.





3. In the Print Form Locations window area, you will see three quarters down the screen a field titled ...




Receipt Form Name : RECEIPT1_GENERIC_PRINTER

Change the name to ... TM210D_RECEIPTS_GENERIC


Note the underline character must be typed between the words (shift - next to the 0 key at the top of your keyboard)

You cans also use the Locate button next to the field input area to find the file on your disk. It will be in the C:\cpbs\reports folder.

If you have a custom receipt form, you must use its file name instead of the one supplied with UniRes.


4. Check that receipt form name is exactly as shown above and click on the Save and Exit button.



Repeat steps 1 to 4 for the "Sample Company" if required.


We are nearly there .


Close UniRes or "Minimise it down".
