The View Menu shown can change. New menu items may be added depending on the window or program open at the time.

Toolbar's

When highlighted (active) a Toolbar submenu opens allowing the selection of toolbar's to be placed on your window.

Auto Letter

When a receipt is produced using the Charges program and the Auto Letter flag is set by clicking on View - Auto Letter, the default open letter is shown in the UniWord Letter Writer automatically where you can then print a letter with the receipt.

Auto Letter No Wait

When a receipt is produced using the Charges program and the Auto Letter No Wait flag is set by clicking on View - Auto Letter No Wait, the default open letter is printed to the default printer as set in the UniWord - Preferences menu without pause. The letter is printed with the receipt. A letter and receipt can be printed simultaneously to separate printers (or the same printer if only one printer is attached)

Last Letter Info

UniRes maintains information about letters and emails you send. Select the menu choice to see details about the last letter processed by UniRes.

Only the last letter or email info is shown.

Letter History

UniRes maintains information about letters and emails you send. Select the menu choice to see details about the last letter processed by UniRes.

The details are shown in list form for all letters and emails.

Activity Log Viewer

UniRes maintains a log file called activity.txt in it's current folder or default installation folder (c:\cpbs). When this menu choice is selected, the activity.txt file is display in a Read Only viewer.

The activity log is maintained by UniRes and is a circular file (never gets full). The latest entries are shown at the end of the file.
