When to use Recurring Sales
Use Recurring Sales if you have Long Term residents in your park and run a “Rent Roll”. Setup your regular charges as templates for each site being billed on a regular basis. You can stagger your billing runs by selecting different processing start dates for each group of tenants.
The UniRes Command Centre will notify you when a Recurring Charge needs processing.
Watch for the Flashing message on the Command Centre Screen. You can click on the arrow button next to the message to open the Recurring Transactions processing window.
•Recurring Sales due for processing are shown in Black with a tick set in the Process column box.
•Only entries with a tick in the Process Box will be processed if you click on the procees button.
•Once a Recurring entry is processed, it will be rescheduled to run at the next preset time interval.
•Recurring Sales for Checked-Out clients are skipped from processing and should be deleted.
