The Bookings/Charges Program Window

        Click on the PC Find button next to the Suburb field.

Suburb Entry

•Start typing a Suburb name. The input will display matching names as you type.

•When you see the suburb name appear, stop typing and press Enter.

•All similar suburb names are displayed with their post codes.

•Use your keyboard arrow keys to select the correct Suburb – Post Code match.

If you use the Post Code finder from the Booking window, you will also be asked if you want to paste the suburb and post code into your booking details.

Post Code

Displays the found post code.

Suburb by Post Code

This window can be displayed when you are in the Booking Screen or you can run the Post Code Finder program from the Menu Bar - Utilities .

Find a post code by entering an Australian suburb name. As you type, the first matching name is displayed. Press enter to see a list of names when you stop typing. Use the keyboard up-down arrow keys to select the correct suburb in the correct state. Press enter again and confirm when you see the message …

The post code and suburb information will be pasted into the booking fields.

To correct typing....

press the back-space key until you are at the beginning of the line and retype.
