To find out what UniRes program version you are currently using …

oStart UniRes

oFrom the Menu Bar at the top of your UniRes Window select ..

oHelp then select About UniRes from the menu list.

oClick on the button called File Version {bmc 3.bmp} .

An easier and quicker way is to click on the words Single-User UniRes

(or Multi-User UniRes) found on the lower left part of the Command Centre.

The Version Code Structure

Revision Number

Incremented for the following reasons:  Small changes to UniRes, minor bug fixes, minor spelling mistakes, small refinements. These updates are free to all registered UniRes users.

Minor Release Number

Incremented when some new features are added or some window – report changes are supplied. This is an important update to UniRes. Users should update their software. These updates are free to registered UniRes Subscription users.

Major Release Number

Incremented when major new features are added or significant changes are made to UniRes. This is an important update to UniRes. Users should update their software. These updates are free to registered UniRes Subscription users.

Major Releases require a lot of programming effort. We make upgrades available to registered UniRes Subscription users.
