This is a special Inquiry window for emergency use or for use when police need lists from you showing who was, or is in the park now or between two given dates.
For Emergency Evacuation ...
The window instantly scans your Current booking ledger and displays who is in the park now, together with people counts. Click on the Print button to send the list to the default printer.
For Police Inquiry ...
Click on "Were in between ..." then enter a date range into the From and TO field, to get a list of who was in the parks between two given dates.
Click on the Refresh Button after entering dates.
A special "Whois" form is used to display/print the name, address, Phone and Vehicle Information as well as the number of adults and children on each site.
Note that transient extra persons not booked in with the main booking account are not included in the people counts.
