Changes to the recent proposal to add Annuals Tracking on the Order Calendar

Annuals site usage is tracked through the accumulated site fee posting to account. Indicators on screen show allotted charge free days, use days and remaining days for contracted clients.

a warning is displayed on the Book and bill window when site usage is posted.

Annuals Periodic Usage development cancellation

Due to the complexity of displaying periodic usage in the Annuals Booking Lines in the Order Calendar program, the development of this addition to UniRes12 has been reconsidered.

The changes required to UniRes proved to be detrimental to the normal overall design of the program logic in other areas eg. rent roll, Check-in-out confusion etc.

A suitable report can be easily produced to track Annuals who over use their allocated yearly usage allowance (and the billing program warns the operator anyway).

How to use the ANN (Annuals)  site type code tips.

The site fee posting in UniRes using ths S Key can record the From and To day of the site charge and you can leave the charge at zero value, for a no charge stay.

The Transaction type of "Site Fee" records the usage. The checked- status can be set manually and removed manually when the occupant leaves the site. Do not use the Check-Out  button or F5 (or Cancel) to record when the annual occupant leaves.

If you do use the check-out key, the entire booking will be checked out (not good to Annuals who come and go).

* Group Booking site selection bug is fixed (Patch 271 on)

SMS Module now starts up in lower case text.

Booking Ledger and Order Calendar windows now remember their last user  SITE TYPE Filter settings.

Window size enhancements.

The Booking Ledger and Order Calendar, as well as the Book and Bill Screen can all be screen-size adjusted by draging the boarders to a minimum window size of 1024 x 768 (Older Laptop resolutions). (See Screen Resolution settings in your windows desktop right-click)

To accommodate this, some layout changes were made, but functionality remains much the same.

Note: A lot of UniRes users may want to use a laptop as a second or primary monitor as UniRes now supports 2 monitor usage. (See System Settings).

Also note that if you want to  use a second computer as a workstation on you LAN system, we suggest you use a switched LOCAL LAN using cables (RJ45 blue Cable ) and not WiFi networks. There are usually too slow for front counter workand data transfer speds!)
